Training Services

  • Body Re-composition
    Contrary to popular belief, cardiovascular exercise can not change the shape of your body. Combining strength training aerobic activity, and proper stretching with quality nutrition habits will help you burn fat, and build muscle. Our re-composition will change the way you look and feel!
  • Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention
    Although we are not able to professionally diagnose injuries, we are able to create a comprehensive system of strength and mobility training, stretching, myofacial release that can improve muscle, joint, and ligament health post physical therapy.
  • Sports Performance
    We have experience in improving sports performance in football, climbing, lacrosse, squash, baseball, and golf. By developing core strength, explosiveness, and coordination, and timing you will see a noticeable improvement in sports performance.
  • High Intensity Interval Training
    We design a system of energy system exercise that is more than just old fashioned cardio. By designing a specific routine of high intensity exercise you will loose fat, improve cardiovascular conditioning, as well as overall speed and performance.
  • Weak/Lagging Body Parts recuperation
    Many people are very one side dominant, causing systemic problems from tight and uncomfortable muscles, joint pain, and even nerve damage. Through our fitness assessment we will identify lagging muscles and design a recuperation routine lasting from 0 – 8 weeks depending on the severity of the imbalances. Upon completion of this phase we can continue to any of the other types of training.
  • Posture Improving Exercises
    We will teach you specific functional exercises designed to improve your coordination, balance, and ability to perform daily physical tasks with ease. These posture improving exercises will help straighten rounded backs, square off sloped shoulders and strengthen and define your core muscles. Never feel weak or tired again!
  • Stretching
    We incorporate a targeted stretching routine in your workout program so you can remain flexible, athletic and agile. Stretching reduces the likelihood of injury and will help you recover faster between exercises and training sessions.

*Any fees required for us to train our clients at their personal gym will be in addition to our usual charges.
